Retarder Prover
- Suitable for fermenting dough pieces at a preset time.
- Temperature range from -5°C to +40°C.
- Separate settings for Retarder temperature and prover temperature.
- Humidity can be set from 60% to 90%.
- Able to delay proving for up to 99 hours and at the same time keeping the dough pieces fresh.
- Automatic switch over to proving once retarder time is reached. Glass windows to view products.
- Fully stainless steel body.
- Automatic water level control at water tank.
